BREAST SURGERY

Breast augmentation is carried out to enforce one's perception of the female gender and to give a well proportioned figure.

This procedure is usually performed in combination with other procedures.  For example breast augmentation can be carried out with vaginoplasty, voice surgery, adams apple shaving or and rhinoplasty.  The procedure adds approximate one hour to the operating time.  Of course, it can also be carried out as a completely separate procedure.

To achieve the desired chest fullness saline filled implants are inserted under your existing breast. This procedure has been used for the past 25 years since and has a long history of reliability and safety.  It is also acceptable at all levels.

The location of the implants is important (either sub glandular or sub muscular) this can be discussed with your surgeon before surgery.
